1. CHECK SPEAKER

(a) Check the malfunctioning speakers.

2. CHECK FRONT SIDE SPEAKER

(a) Check the malfunctioning speakers.

*1: for 6 Speaker

*2: for 4 Speaker

C -- INSPECT FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

B -- INSPECT FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY
A -- Continue to next step.

3. INSPECT FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the D81*1 and/or D10*2 front No. 2 speaker assembly connector.





*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

for RH
for LH

4. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO RECEIVER - FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER)

(a) Disconnect the D134 radio receiver assembly connector.

(b) Disconnect the D81*1 and/or D10*2 front No. 2 speaker assembly connector.

*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

for RH
for LH










NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- REPLACE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY Removal

5. INSPECT FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the G8*1 and/or H6*2 front No. 1 speaker assembly connector.





*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

6. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER - FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER)

(a) Disconnect the D81*1 and/or D10*2 front No. 2 speaker assembly connector.

(b) Disconnect the G8*1 and/or H6*2 front No. 1 speaker assembly connector.

*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

for RH
for LH










NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- REPLACE FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY Removal

7. INSPECT FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the G8*1 and/or H6*2 front No. 1 speaker assembly connector.





*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

8. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO RECEIVER - FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER)

(a) Disconnect the D134 radio receiver assembly connector.

(b) Disconnect the G8*1 and/or H6*2 front No. 1 speaker assembly connector.

*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

for RH
for LH










NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- REPLACE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY Removal

9. INSPECT REAR SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the L16*1 and K10*2 rear speaker assembly connectors.





*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

10. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO RECEIVER - REAR SPEAKER)

(a) Disconnect the D135 radio receiver assembly connector.

(b) Disconnect the L16*1 and/or K10*2 rear speaker assembly connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
