Disassembly

INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL EXTENSION





(a) Remove the screw and the No. 2 instrument panel extension.

2. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

(a) Remove the 3 screws and the No. 1 heater to register duct.

3. REMOVE NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

(a) Remove the 2 screws and the No. 1 side defroster nozzle duct.

4. REMOVE NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

(a) Remove the 2 screws and the No. 2 side defroster nozzle duct.

5. REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 5 screws and the defroster nozzle.

6. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

(a) Remove the 4 screws and the No. 2 heater to register duct.

7. REMOVE AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR

(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the automatic light control sensor.

8. REMOVE FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Removal

9. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

10. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL REINFORCEMENT

(a) Remove the screw and the instrument cluster finish panel reinforcement.

11. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Remove the No. 1 instrument panel cushion.

12. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Remove the No. 2 instrument panel cushion.

13. REMOVE NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Remove the No. 3 instrument panel cushion.

14. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER CUSHION

(a) Remove the instrument panel lower cushion.

15. REMOVE ENGINE SWITCH
