SEAT: AUTO ACCESS SEAT SYSTEM: PRECAUTION

1. PRECAUTIONS WHEN DISCONNECTING THE POWER SUPPLY

(a) If the power source is disconnected during auto access seat operation and the auto access seat position information is reset, the system enters independent operation mode. From independent operation mode, perform all zero point calibration procedures to restore the system Auto Access Seat System.

(b) If the power source is disconnected while the power slide door RH is open and the power slide door ECU RH position information is erased, the position control assembly will not be able to acquire the power slide door fully open information from the power slide door ECU RH, and so the auto access seat system will not function. Initialize the power slide door ECU RH in this case Initialization.

2. PRECAUTIONS WHEN USING THE AUTO ACCESS SEAT

(a) After removing/installing, inspecting, or repairing the auto access seat, be sure initialize the position information and perform the auto access seat Diagnosis System and Operation Check.
