TIMING CHAIN COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

Temporarily install the timing chain cover with the 17 bolts and 2 nuts.

Bolt Length:






Tighten the 17 bolts and 2 nuts in several steps, in the sequence shown in the illustration.

Bolt A, C, Nut - Torque 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

Bolt B - Torque 55 Nm (561 kgf-cm, 41 ft-lbf)
