Disassembly

DOOR / HATCH: BACK DOOR: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE BACK DOOR CENTER GARNISH

(a) Disengage the 6 clips and 4 claws and remove the back door center garnish.





2. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY

(a) Disengage the 15 clips and 4 claws and remove the back door trim board.





3. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH

(a) Disengage the 3 clips and remove the back door side garnish RH.





4. REMOVE POWER BACK DOOR ROD (w/ Power Back Door)

(a) Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, remove the 2 stop rings and power back door rod.

5. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH (w/o Power Back Door)

(a) Disengage the 2 clips and remove the back door side garnish LH.





6. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH (w/ Power Back Door)

(a) Disengage the 2 clips and remove the back door side garnish LH.





7. REMOVE UPPER BACK DOOR STAY BRACKET

(a) Disengage the clamp and remove the 2 bolts and upper back door stay bracket.





8. REMOVE BACK DOOR INSIDE HANDLE

(a) Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws and remove the back door inside handle.

15. REMOVE BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY

16. REMOVE BACK DOOR OPENER SWITCH ASSEMBLY Removal

17. REMOVE REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Normal Angle Camera) Removal

18. REMOVE REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Wide Angle Camera) Removal

19. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY (w/o Power Back Door) Removal

20. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY (w/ Power Back Door) Removal

21. REMOVE POWER BACK DOOR SENSOR ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Power Back Door) Removal

22. REMOVE POWER BACK DOOR SENSOR ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Power Back Door) Removal

23. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE MALE STOPPER LH

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and back door side male stopper.





24. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE MALE STOPPER RH

25. REMOVE REAR NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (for 10 Speakers) Removal

26. REMOVE LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY Removal

27. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH Removal

28. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH
