SEAT: AUTO ACCESS SEAT UNIT: DISASSEMBLY
1. REMOVE NO. 1 RELAY BRACKET
(a) Disengage the 2 clips and remove the No. 1 relay bracket.
2. REMOVE POSITION CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY
(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the position control ECU assembly.
3. REMOVE WELCAB SEAT LEG STOPPER CUSHION
(a) Remove the welcab seat leg stopper cushion while peeling off the double-sided adhesive tape.
4. REMOVE TOOL SET STD
(a) Disengage the 2 clamps and remove the tool set STD.
5. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT FOOTREST COVER
(a) Remove the 2 screws.
(b) Disengage the 8 claws and remove the rear No. 1 seat footrest cover.
6. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT FOOTREST COVER
(a) Remove the 5 screws and the rear No. 2 seat footrest cover.
7. REMOVE WELCAB SEAT FOOTREST ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the 2 nuts and remove the welcab seat footrest assembly.
8. REMOVE POWER SEAT MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Seat Slide-Out)
(a) Remove the nut and bush.
(b) Disconnect the 2 power seat motor connectors.

(c) Disengage the clamp.
(d) Using pliers with the tips wrapped in protective tape, hold the rear of the welcab seat rod in place, and remove the 2 nuts from the front of the welcab seat rod.
NOTICE:
Be sure not to damage the thread of the welcab seat rod when holding it with the pliers.
(e) Remove the 2 bolts and slide the power seat motor assembly to remove it.
9. REMOVE NO. 1 LIMIT SWITCH (for Seat Slide-Out)
HINT
Before removal, place matchmarks on the limit switch bracket and turntable panel. This will speed up the reinstallation process.
(a) Disconnect the No. 1 limit switch connector.
(b) Remove the bolt and remove the No. 1 limit switch with limit switch bracket.
(c) Remove the No. 1 limit switch together with the limit switch bracket as a single unit.
(d) Disengage the connector.

(e) Remove the 2 screws and remove the No. 1 limit switch.
(f) Remove the connector clamp.
10. REMOVE SEAT HOLDER PLATE
(a) Remove the bolt.
(b) Disengage the guide and remove the seat holder plate.
11. SEPARATE NO. 1 SEAT WIRE
(a) Disengage the 4 clamps and separate the No. 1 seat wire.
12. REMOVE REAR SEAT HOLDER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Using a wrench, spanner 10 x 12, rotate the rod portion at the rear of the welcab seat cylinder assembly in the direction shown in the illustration, and slide the rear seat holder bracket sub-assembly and the turntable panel assembly until the hook portion of the rear seat holder bracket sub-assembly is separated from the platform lock.
(b) Rotate the welcab No. 1 seat rod in the direction shown in the illustration, and remove it from the guide of the rear seat holder bracket sub-assembly.
(c) Remove the 24 bolts and remove the rear seat holder bracket sub-assembly.
13. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR ROLLER LOWER
(a) Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 bolts and remove the 2 slide door roller lowers.
14. PREVENT BEARING (LM GUIDE) FROM FALLING OFF
(a) Clean and degrease the connecting portion of the welcab No. 1 seat track assembly using non-residue solvent, and apply protective tape as shown in the illustration to prevent the bearing (LM guide) from falling off.
NOTICE:
* Do not allow the bearing (LM guide) to fall off the rail.
* If the bearing (LM guide) has fallen off the rail, it cannot be re-used, so replace the No. 1 welcab seat track assembly.
15. REMOVE NO. 1 WELCAB SEAT ROD
(a) Rotate the No. 1 welcab seat rod as shown in the illustration and remove it.
16. REMOVE POWER LIFT CYLINDER COLLAR (for Seat Slide-Out)
(a) Remove the power lift cylinder collar.
17. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER LOWER RH
(a) Remove the rear seat cushion hinge cover lower RH.
18. REMOVE NO. 2 WELCAB SEAT ROD SUPPORT BRACKET
(a) Using a wrench, spanner 10 x 12, hold the rod portion at the rear of the welcab seat cylinder assembly in place, and remove the nut and the bush from the rod at the front of the welcab seat cylinder assembly.
(b) Remove the bolt and remove the No. 2 welcab seat rod support bracket.
19. REMOVE LIFT GUIDE RAIL REAR END COVER LH
HINT
Before removal, place a match mark on the turntable panel. This will speed up the reinstallation process.
(a) Remove the 2 nuts and remove the lift guide rail rear end cover LH.
20. REMOVE PLATFORM LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the 2 bolts and remove the platform lock sub-assembly.
21. SEPARATE NO. 1 SEAT WIRE
(a) Remove the 7 bolts.
(b) Disengage the 4 clamps and separate the No. 1 seat wire.
22. REMOVE WELCAB SEAT GUIDE ASSEMBLY
(a) Using a 5 mm socket hexagon, remove the 8 bolts (A), 4 No. 1 turn seat spacers, 4 No. 1 panel seals, and 8 No. 2 turn seat spacers.
(b) Remove the 4 bolts (B) and welcab seat guide assembly.
23. PREVENT BEARING(LM GUIDE) FROM FALLING OFF
(a) Clean and degrease the connecting portion of the No. 2 welcab seat track assembly using non-residue solvent, and apply protective tape as shown in the illustration to prevent the bearing (LM guide) from falling off.
NOTICE:
* Do not allow the bearing (LM guide) to fall off the rail.
* If the bearing (LM guide) has fallen off the rail, it cannot be re-used, so replace the No. 2 welcab seat track assembly.
24. REMOVE WELCAB SEAT CABLE GUARD
(a) Remove the 2 bolts and remove the welcab seat cable guard.
