SEAT: AUTO ACCESS SEAT UNIT: DISASSEMBLY - Continued

25. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT FLAT CUSHION RH (for Seat Slide-Out)

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and remove the No. 1 seat flat cushion RH.

26. REMOVE NO. 1 WELCAB SEAT TRACK ASSEMBLY

(a) Using a 5 mm socket hexagon, remove the 4 bolts, 2 No. 1 turn seat spacers, 2 No. 1 panel seals, and 4 No. 2 turn seat spacers.

(b) Remove the 2 welcab seat leg stopper cushions while peeling off the double-sided adhesive tape.

27. REMOVE NO. 1 WELCAB SEAT TRACK ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

(a) Using a 5 mm socket hexagon, remove the 4 bolts, 2 No. 1 turn seat spacers, 2 No. 1 panel seals, and 4 No. 2 turn seat spacers.

(b) Remove the 2 welcab seat leg stopper cushions while peeling off the double-sided adhesive tape.

28. REMOVE NO. 1 WELCAB SEAT ROD SUPPORT BRACKET

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and remove the No. 1 welcab seat rod support bracket.

29. REMOVE NO. 2 SHUTTER COVER LOCK

(a) Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips and remove the No. 2 shutter cover lock.

30. REMOVE NO. 1 SHUTTER COVER LOCK (for LH Side)

(a) Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips and remove the No. 1 shutter cover lock.

31. REMOVE NO. 2 WELCAB SEAT LINK ARM

(a) Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 bolts, 2 washers and remove the No. 2 welcab seat link arm.

(b) Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, remove the 2 bushes.

32. REMOVE NO. 3 SHUTTER COVER LOCK (for LH Side)

(a) Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

(b) Remove the No. 3 shutter cover lock while peeling off the double-sided adhesive tape.

33. REMOVE NO. 4 SHUTTER COVER LOCK

(a) Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips and remove the No. 4 shutter cover lock.

34. REMOVE NO. 1 SHUTTER COVER LOCK (for RH Side)

(a) Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips and remove the No. 1 shutter cover lock.

35. REMOVE NO. 3 WELCAB SEAT LINK ARM

(a) Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 bolts, 2 washers and remove the No. 3 welcab seat link arm.

(b) Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, remove the 2 bushes.

36. REMOVE NO. 3 SHUTTER COVER LOCK (for RH Side)

(a) Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

(b) Remove the No. 3 shutter cover lock while peeling off the double-sided adhesive tape.

37. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT HOLDER STOPPER PLATE (for LH Side)

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 seat holder stopper plate.

38. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT HOLDER STOPPER PLATE (for RH Side)

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 seat holder stopper plate.

39. REMOVE FRONT WELCAB SEAT GUIDE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 bolts, 2 washers, 2 welcab seat arm guide pins and remove the front welcab seat guide sub-assembly.

40. REMOVE NO. 3 SEAT HOLDER STOPPER PLATE (for LH Side)

(a) Remove the screw and remove the No. 3 seat holder stopper plate.

41. REMOVE NO. 3 SEAT HOLDER STOPPER PLATE (for RH Side)

(a) Remove the screw and remove the No. 3 seat holder stopper plate.

42. REMOVE REAR WELCAB SEAT GUIDE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 bolts, 2 washers, 2 welcab seat arm guide pins and remove the rear welcab seat guide sub-assembly.

(b) Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, remove the 4 bushes from the welcab seat link arm LH.

43. REMOVE WELCAB SEAT CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disengage the clamp.

(b) Disconnect the welcab seat cylinder assembly connector and remove the welcab seat cylinder assembly.

44. REMOVE NO. 1 LIMIT SWITCH (for Seat Vertical Limit)

HINT
Before removal, place matchmarks on the limit switch bracket and turntable panel. This will speed up the reinstallation process.

(a) Disconnect the No. 1 limit switch connector.

(b) Remove the bolt and remove the No. 1 limit switch bracket.

(c) Remove the 2 screws.

(d) Disengage the clamp and remove the No. 1 limit switch.

(e) Remove the connector clamp from the connector.

45. SEPARATE NO. 1 SEAT WIRE

(a) Remove the 3 bolts.

(b) Disengage the clamp and separate the No. 1 seat wire together with the welcab seat harness connector bracket as a single unit.

46. REMOVE WELCAB SEAT HARNESS CONNECTOR BRACKET

(a) Disengage the 2 clamps and remove the welcab seat harness connector bracket from the No. 1 seat wire.

47. REMOVE TURNTABLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove 6 bolts and remove the turntable panel sub-assembly.

HINT
While removing the turntable panel, at the same time extract the No.1 seat wire from the turntable panel.

48. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT FLAT CUSHION RH (for Seat Lifter)

(a) Remove the 2 screws and remove the No. 1 seat flat cushion RH.
