SEAT: REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Center Seat): DISASSEMBLY

CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.

1. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

(a) Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the reclining adjuster release handle.

2. REMOVE SEAT TRACK HANDLE CONTROL LEVER

(a) Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the seat track handle control lever.

3. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER LH

(a) Remove the 2 screws.

(b) Disengage the 7 claws and the clip and remove the rear seat reclining cover LH.

4. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

(a) Disengage the 3 claws and remove the seat adjuster cover cap.

5. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER RH

(a) Remove the 2 screws.

(b) Disengage the 9 claws and remove the rear seat reclining cover RH.

6. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

(a) Disengage the 3 claws and remove the seat adjuster cover cap.

7. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 CENTER SEAT INNER BELT

(a) Remove the bolt and rear No. 1 center seat inner belt.

8. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER

(a) Remove the 4 screws and the rear seat reclining cover.

9. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT LH

(a) Remove the bolt and remove the rear No. 1 seat inner belt LH.

10. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

(a) Remove the screw.

(b) Disengage the 2 guides and remove the reclining adjuster inside cover RH.

11. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH

(a) Disengage the 3 guides and remove the reclining adjuster inside cover LH.

12. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and cushion spring.

(b) Remove the rear seat cushion assembly.

13. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER

(a) Disengage the hook.

(b) Disengage the 4 hooks.

(d) Unfasten the 2 zippers.

(e) Remove the 4 hog rings.

(f) Remove the 12 hog rings and No. 1 seat cushion cover.

14. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL CABLE LH

(a) Disconnect the rear seat lock control cable LH.

15. REMOVE FOLD SEAT LOCK LEVER

(a) Remove the 3 bolts and the fold seat lock lever.

(b) Remove the screw and assist grip strap.

16. REMOVE SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Separate the 3 seat cables.

(b) Using a T55 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 screws.

(c) Remove the 2 bolts and remove the seatback frame sub-assembly.

17. REMOVE SEAT ARMREST CAP

(a) Disengage the 3 claws and remove the seat armrest cap.

Use the same procedure for both sides.

18. REMOVE SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the bolt and remove the seat armrest assembly.

Use the same procedure for both sides.

19. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover.

20. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK BEZEL

(a) Remove the seat belt anchor nut.

(b) Disengage the 4 claws and clip and remove the rear seatback upper lock bezel.

21. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

(a) Disengage the hook.

(b) Remove the 3 hog rings.

Use the same procedure for both sides.

22. REMOVE NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER

(a) Remove the seatback cover and pad.

(b) Unfasten the fastening tape.

(c) Remove the 4 hog rings and remove the No. 1 seatback cover.

23. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER

(a) Disengage the 2 claws.

(b) Disengage the claw and guide, and remove the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover.

24. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY Removal

25. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and the rear seatback lock striker.

(b) Remove the assist grip strap.

26. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK SPRING DAMPER

(a) Remove the 2 nuts and the rear seatback spring damper.

27. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION UNDER COVER

(a) Remove the 4 screws and 2 support cushions.

(b) Disconnect the 2 seat cables and remove the rear seat cushion under cover.

28. REMOVE CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Disengage the 7 clamps.

(b) Disconnect the 3 control cable sub-assemblies.

29. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK STRIKER

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and the rear seat cushion lock striker.

(b) Remove the assist grip strap.

30. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT LOCK ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 4 bolts and 4 nuts, and the 4 rear No. 1 seat lock assemblies.

31. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH

(a) Remove the screw.

(b) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seatback cover LH.

32. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

33. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

(a) Using a 4 mm hexagon socket wrench, remove the 2 bolt and seatback with pad.

34. REMOVE CENTER SEATBACK COVER

(a) Remove the screw.

(b) Disengage the claw and the pin and remove the center seatback cover.

35. REMOVE SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

(a) Disengage the hook.

(b) Unfasten the zipper.

(d) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the seat headrest support.

Use the same procedure for both sides.

36. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD

(a) Remove the seatback cover.

(b) Remove the 4 screws and rear seatback board.

37. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTING CABLE

(a) Remove the reclining adjuster cable.

38. REMOVE REAR SEAT SUPPORT CUSHION

(a) Remove the screw and rear seat support cushion.

(b) Remove the seat leg garnish.

39. REMOVE CENTER SEAT CUSHION COVER

(a) Disengage the 5 hooks.

(b) Remove the 3 hog rings and center seat cushion cover.

40. REMOVE CENTER SEAT CUSHION FRAME

(a) Remove the 4 screws and center seat cushion frame.

41. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK CUSHION LINK

(a) Remove the rear seatback cushion link.
