1. INSPECT NO. 3 LIMIT SWITCH (for Seat Front/Back Slide Origin Point)





(a) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

If the result is not as specified, replace the limit switch.

2. INSPECT NO. 2 LIMIT SWITCH (for Seat Rotation Origin Point)





(a) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

3. INSPECT NO. 1 LIMIT SWITCH (for Seat Slide-out Origin Point)





(a) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

4. INSPECT NO. 1 LIMIT SWITCH (for Seat Vertical Limit)





(a) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

5. INSPECT POWER SEAT MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Seat Front/Back Slide)





(a) Check operation of the power seat motor assembly.

(1) Check if the power seat motor assembly moves smoothly when the battery is connected to the slide motor connector terminals.

OK:

If the result is not as specified, replace the power seat motor.

6. INSPECT POWER SEAT MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Seat Rotation)





(a) Check operation of the power seat motor assembly.

(1) Check if the power seat motor assembly moves smoothly when the battery is connected to the slide motor connector terminals.

OK:

If the result is not as specified, replace the power seat motor.

7. INSPECT POWER SEAT MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Seat Slide-Out)





(a) Check operation of the power seat motor assembly.

(1) Check if the power seat motor assembly moves smoothly when the battery is connected to the slide motor connector terminals.

OK:

8. INSPECT WELCAB SEAT CYLINDER ASSEMBLY





(a) Check operation of the welcab seat cylinder assembly.

(1) Check if the welcab seat cylinder assembly moves smoothly when the battery is connected to the slide motor connector terminals.
