Installation

A340F AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION: FLOOR SHIFT ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FLOOR SHIFT ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the floor shift with the 4 bolts. Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

Torque : 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)

(b) Connect the 2 clamps and 2 connectors.

2. CONNECT TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

(a) Connect the transmission control cable with the clip to floor shift assembly.

(b) Install the transmission control cable onto the floor shift assembly.

3. INSTALL FRONT CONSOLE BOX (for Separate Seat Type) Installation

4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER TRAY (for Separate Seat Type) Installation

5. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY (for Separate Seat Type) Installation

6. INSTALL CONSOLE UPPER REAR PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Separate Seat Type) Installation

7. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the shift lever knob onto the shift lever.

8. ADJUST SHIFT LEVER POSITION A340F Automatic Transmission

9. INSPECT SHIFT LEVER POSITION A340F Automatic Transmission
