Removal

AUDIO / VISUAL: RADIO ANTENNA HOLDER: REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

2. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY Removal

3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY RH Removal

4. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

5. REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH RH Removal

6. REMOVE PULL TOP ANTENNA POLE SUB - ASSEMBLY Removal

7. REMOVE ANTENNA ORNAMENT





(a) Remove the nut and the antenna ornament.

8. REMOVE WITH HOLDER ANTENNA ASSEMBLY





(a) Disconnect the connector and remove the 3 clamps.

(b) Tie a piece of string to the tip of the cable of the with holder antenna assembly.





HINT
Use a string that is longer than the antenna assembly (with holder).

(c) Remove the bolt and the with holder antenna assembly.





NOTICE:
Leave the string inside the pillar for the installation of a new antenna.
