INSPECTION PROCEDURE

If DTC C2178/78 is output, inspect the battery and charging system for 1GR-FE Testing and Inspection, 1UR-FE Testing and Inspection, 3UR-FE Testing and Inspection, or 3UR-FBE Testing and Inspection. If the battery and charging system are normal, perform the "ECU Power Source Circuit" inspection procedure ECU Power Source Circuit.
