LIGHTING: HAZARD WARNING SWITCH: INSPECTION

1. INSPECT HAZARD WARNING SWITCH

(a) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.





Standard resistance:





If the result is not as specified, replace the warning switch.

(b) Connect the battery's positive (+) lead to terminal 3 and the negative (-) lead to terminal 2.

(c) Check that the light comes on.

OK:

Light comes on

If the result is not as specified, replace the warning switch.
