Removal

AUDIO / VIDEO: RADIO ANTENNA: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL

2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER MUDGUARD RH (for Standard) Removal

3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for Standard) Removal

4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH (for Standard)

(a) Remove the 5 screws from the fender liner.





(b) Remove the 13 grommets from the fender liner.

HINT
The grommets need to be replaced with new ones because they will break when they are removed.

5. REMOVE FRONT FENDER MUDGUARD RH (for X-Runner) Removal

6. REMOVE ROCKER PANEL MOULDING RH (for X-Runner)

7. REMOVE FRONT FENDER MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for X-Runner) Removal

8. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH (for X-Runner)

(a) Remove the 6 screws from the fender liner.





(b) Remove the 13 grommets from the fender liner.

HINT
The grommets need to be replaced with new ones because they will break when they are removed.

9. REMOVE DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY RH Removal

10. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH Removal

11. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

12. REMOVE FENDER ANTENNA ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the connector.





(b) Remove the bolt and fender antenna.

(c) Disconnect the connector.





(d) Detach the 2 clamps and push the grommet toward the outside of the vehicle to remove it.

13. REMOVE ANTENNA ORNAMENT





(a) Remove the antenna ornament as shown in the illustration.
