EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL Removal

2. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE Removal

3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER

(a) Put protective tape around the front bumper cover.

(b) Remove the 2 bolts, 10 screws and 4 clips.

(c) Detach the 12 claws and remove the front bumper cover.

4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER LOWER COVER





(a) Remove the clip, 5 bolts and front bumper lower cover.

5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER





(a) Remove the front bumper energy absorber.

6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Remove the 6 nuts and front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly.

7. REMOVE NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION SUB-ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Remove the 4 bolts and No. 2 front bumper extension sub-assembly LH.

8. REMOVE NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER BAR REINFORCEMENT LH





(a) Remove the 2 screws and front bumper bar reinforcement LH.

10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER BAR REINFORCEMENT RH

11. REMOVE HEADLIGHT UNIT LH Removal

12. REMOVE HEADLIGHT UNIT RH

13. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH





(a) Remove the screw.

(b) Detach the 2 claws and remove the front bumper side support LH.

14. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

15. REMOVE UPPER CENTER FRONT BUMPER RETAINER





(a) Remove the 2 bolts and upper center front bumper retainer.

16. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Remove the 2 bolts and front bumper bracket sub-assembly LH.

17. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
