26. REMOVE NO. 1 DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Deck Board)





(a) Detach the clip and remove the No. 1 deck board.

27. REMOVE NO. 2 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER (w/ Deck Board, w/o Rear No. 2 Seat)





HINT
Use the same procedure for all No. 2 luggage compartment trim covers.

(a) Detach the 2 claws and open the cover.





(b) Remove the bolt, luggage hold belt striker and No. 2 luggage compartment trim cover.

(a) Detach the 2 clips and 2 guides and remove the No. 2 deck board.

(a) Detach the 3 clips and remove the rear No. 2 floor board.

30. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Deck Board)





(a) Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 clips and 2 guides and remove the luggage compartment side cover.

Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

32. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY (w/ Deck Board)





(a) Remove the 8 bolts.

(b) Detach the 2 guides and remove the deck board.

33. REMOVE INNER FLOOR SIDE RAIL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Deck Board)





(a) Remove the 2 bolts, 4 nuts and inner floor side rail.

34. REMOVE REAR FLOOR MAT REAR SUPPORT PLATE





(a) Detach the 5 clips and remove the rear floor mat rear support plate.

35. REMOVE REAR FLOOR CARPET ASSEMBLY (w/o Deck Board)





(a) Detach the 4 claws and remove the rear floor carpet.

36. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT OUTER LAP BELT ANCHOR COVER





HINT
Use the same procedure for the other rear No. 1 seat outer lap belt anchor cover.

(a) Detach the 3 claws and remove the rear No. 1 seat outer lap belt anchor cover.

37. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK

Use the same procedure for the other No. 1 luggage compartment trim hook.

(a) Remove the luggage compartment trim hook by turning it clockwise.

38. REMOVE FRONT DECK SIDE TRIM COVER LH

Use the same procedure for the other front deck side trim cover.

(a) Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the front deck side trim cover.

HINT
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

40. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER

41. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH

(a) w/o Rear No. 2 Seat:





(1) Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear No. 1 seat outer belt floor anchor.

(2) Remove the 3 bolts and 2 screws.

(3) Detach the 7 clips, 5 claws and 2 guides.









(4) Detach the 6 claws and 2 guides, pass the rear seatback lock control lever base through the deck trim side panel and remove the deck trim side panel.

(b) w/ Rear No. 2 Seat:





(1) Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear No. 1 seat outer belt floor anchor.





(2) Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear No. 2 seat outer belt floor anchor.

(3) Remove the 3 bolts and 2 screws.

(4) Detach the 7 clips, 5 claws and 2 guides and remove the deck trim side panel.





42. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY RH

(a) w/o Rear No. 2 Seat:





(1) Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear No. 1 seat outer belt floor anchor.

(2) Remove the 3 bolts and screws.

(3) Detach the 7 clips, 5 claws and 2 guides.





(4) Disconnect each connector.





(5) Detach the 6 claws and 2 guides, pass the rear seatback lock control lever base through the deck trim side panel and remove the deck trim side panel.

(b) w/ Rear No. 2 Seat:





(1) Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear No. 1 seat outer belt floor anchor.





(2) Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear No. 2 seat outer belt floor anchor.

(3) Remove the 3 bolts and screws.

(4) Detach the 7 clips, 5 claws and 2 guides.

(5) Disconnect the connector and remove the deck trim side panel.





43. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 WINDOW SIDE GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH





(a) w/o Rear No. 2 Seat:

(1) Detach the 6 clips and guide and remove the rear No. 2 window side garnish.





(b) w/ Rear No. 2 Seat:

(1) Detach the 6 clips and guide.





(2) Detach the 7 claws and guide, pass the rear No. 2 seat outer belt floor anchor through the rear No. 2 window side garnish and remove the rear No. 2 window side garnish.

44. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 WINDOW SIDE GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

45. REMOVE REAR WINDOW SIDE GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Detach the 7 clips and 4 guides.





(b) Detach the 4 claws and 2 guides, pass the rear No. 1 seat outer belt floor anchor through the rear window side garnish and remove the rear window side garnish.

46. REMOVE REAR WINDOW SIDE GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

47. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP SUB-ASSEMBLY





HINT
Use the same procedure for the other assist grip.

(a) Using a clip remover, detach the 4 claws.

NOTICE:
Do not forcibly pry the assist grip plugs to prevent them from being deformed.

HINT
* Gently pry the assist grip plugs as shown in the illustration to detach the claws.
* Tape the clip remover tip before use.

(b) Pull off the 2 assist grip plugs by hand.





(c) Detach the 2 clips and remove the assist grip.

(d) Remove the 2 clips from the vehicle body.

48. REMOVE REAR ASSIST GRIP ASSEMBLY





HINT
Use the same procedure for the other rear assist grip.

(a) Using a clip remover, detach the 4 claws.

NOTICE:
Do not forcibly pry the assist grip plugs to prevent them from being deformed.

HINT
* Gently pry the rear assist grip plugs as shown in the illustration to detach the claws.
* Tape the clip remover tip before use.

(b) Pull off the 2 assist grip plugs by hand.





(c) Detach the 2 clips and remove the rear assist grip.

(d) Remove the 2 clips from the vehicle body.

49. REMOVE COAT HOOK

Use the same procedure for the other coat hook.

(a) Using a screwdriver, detach the claw and open the cover.
