2GR-FE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE (for Engine Mounting): INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL DUTY VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE

(a) Connect the vacuum hose sub-assembly to the duty vacuum switching valve.





(b) Connect the hose to the duty vacuum switching valve.





(c) Install the duty vacuum switching valve with a bolt.

Torque : 4.0 Nm (41 kgf-cm, 35 in-lbf)





(d) Connect the duty vacuum switching valve connector and clamp.





2. INSTALL VACUUM HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the clamp of the vacuum hose sub-assembly to the front engine mounting insulator assembly.





(b) Install the 2 clamps.





(c) Connect the vacuum hose sub-assembly to the air cleaner cap sub-assembly and vacuum switching valve.
