2GR-FE STARTING: IGNITION RELAY: ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

1. INSPECT IGNITION RELAY

(a) Inspect the No. 1 ignition relay.

(1) Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.





Standard Resistance:





If the resistance is not as specified, replace the No. 1 ignition relay.

(b) Inspect the No. 2 ignition relay.

(1) Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.





Standard Resistance:





If the resistance is not as specified, replace the No. 2 ignition relay.
