- Self-adhesive - back of trim

- Removal: Pry out
- Installation: press in

- Spread bracket, to install molded trim See fig. 1
13 - Molded trim
- Removal:
- Press trim -16- upward and unlatch.
- Remove recessed screws -15- and unhook strap.
- Pry out spreader pins -4-, unclip trim left side -3- and frame trim right side -1-.
- Remove recessed screws -10-.
- Pull molded trim away from tailgate slightly in lower area and push upward out of brackets -12-.
- Installation:
- Spread brackets -12- See fig. 1
- After mounting molded trim, pull wedge aids out of bracket -12-.
14 - Strap
- Removal:
- Remove recessed screws -15- and unhook strap from mounting hole.
15 - Recessed screw
- Two, one on each side
16 - Trim
- Removing: push upward and unlatch

- Spread brackets -1- with self-made wedges -2- (wood or plastic).
- Mount molded trim -3-.
- Remove wedges -2-, or allow them to drop out when molded trim is mounted.
