Combustion, Fresh Air, And Hot Air Blower, Removing






- Pull off plugs -1- of overheating switch
- Pull off plugs -2- of flame sensor
- Pull blower motor wires -3- off junction box -5-
- Remove glow plug wires -4- from wire distributor -5-
- Remove temperature sensor -G18- from retainer on spiral housing (6)
- Raise blower with heater core in direction of arrow until clamp is accessible
- Loosen clamp, remove blower and seal

Combustion, fresh air, and hot air blower, installing






- Coat outer cover in seal area with petroleum jelly
- Place new seal between blower and combustion chamber
- Place blower on combustion chamber, install clamp and tighten slightly
- Press heater in lower outer cover
- Tighten clamp
- Fasten temperature sensor to spiral housing
- Reconnect connectors
