Water Supply/Drain, Removing and Installing (Eurovan CV Camper)



Water Supply/drain, Removing And Installing (EuroVan CV Camper)

Water faucet & Integrated Water Pump Switch - E80 -, removing

- Lift kitchenette cover.







- Open drawer, remove recessed screws - arrows - and remove drawer.
- Open and remove right side storage compartment door.







- Pull out supports - arrows - (if applicable), remove false bottom - 1 -.







- Remove connector - 1 -.
- Loosen screw connection - 2 - and pull out water faucet with hose upward out of kitchenette.

Water pump - V36 -, removing and installing

Removing
- Pull bench forward in direction of travel.







- Remove upholstered top - 1 -, panel - 2 - and insert panel - 3 -.







- Remove four bolts - arrows -, lift out water tank trim.







- Remove connectors - 1 -, - 2 -.
- Loosen cable tie - 3 -.
- Remove inspection cover - 4 -, then remove together with Water Level Sensor - G33 -.
- Disconnect Water pump - V36 - connections from connector - 1 -, pull inward into water tank through rubber grommet - 5 -.







- Disconnect hose inside water tank from connection - 1 -, remove Water Pump - V36 - - 2 - from tank.

Installing

NOTE: Do not mix up connections (12 V)! Water Pump - V36 - only delivers correct amount in one direction (see arrow on base of water pump).

Water level sensor - G33 -, removing
- Pull bench forward in direction of travel.







- Remove upholstered top - 1 -, panel - 2 - and insert panel - 3 -.







- Remove four bolts - arrows -, lift out water tank trim.







- Disconnect connector - 1 -.
- Remove inspection cover - 2 -, remove with Water-Level Sensor - G33 -.
- Remove Water-Level Sensor - G33 - from inspection cover.

Water tank, removing







- Remove tank filler cap nut - 1 - beneath right rear floor plate and drain off any water in tank.
- Pull bench forward in direction of travel.







- Remove upholstered top - 1 -, panel - 2 - and insert panel - 3 -.







- Remove four bolts - arrows -, lift out water tank trim.







- Disconnect connectors - 1 -, - 2 -.
- Loosen cable tie - 3 -.
- Cut clips - 4 - and detach hoses - 5 -.
- Remove recessed screws - arrows -, remove upper retaining strap - 6 -.







- Remove hex nut - 1 -, remove angle bracket - 2 -.

Waste water tank, removing







- Remove drain valve for waste water tank and kitchenette.
- Loosen screw clamp - 2 - and disconnect hose from waste water tank.
- Remove hex nuts from inside kitchenette and press out saucer-head screws - arrows -.
- Remove waste water tank - 1 -.

Waste water tank drain valve, removing

NOTE: Drain waste water tank prior to removal.







- Open kitchenette - 1 - left side storage compartment door.
- Remove false bottom - 2 -.







- Remove six recessed screws - arrows - and remove cover - 1 -.







- Loosen screw clamp - arrow -, disconnect hose - 1 -.
- Pull drain cock - 2 - upward out of base.

Discharge valve, removing

- Lift kitchenette cover.







- Open drawer, remove recessed screws - arrows - and remove drawer.
- Open and remove drawer from right side storage compartment.







- Pull out supports - arrows -, (if applicable), and remove false bottom - 1 -.







- Loosen screw clamps - 1 -, disconnect hose.
- Remove discharge valve - 2 -.

Waste water level sensor -G126-, removing
- Lift kitchenette cover.







- Open drawer, remove recessed screws - arrows - and pull out drawer.
- Open and remove drawer from right side storage compartment.







- Pull out supports - arrows -, (if applicable), remove false bottom - 1 -.







- Remove connector - 1 -.
- Remove Waste Water Level Sensor - G126 - - 2 -.

NOTE: Connector - 1 - and Waste Water Level Sensor - G126 - - 2 - are accessible through kitchenette right side storage compartment. Removal of kitchenette is not necessary.
