Fuel Tank Assembly - Component Layout





1. Supply Line
^ Black in color, routes to fuel rail connector

2. Return Line
^ Blue in color routes from fuel rail

3. Fuel Filter Bracket
4. Mounting Bolt tighten to: 10 Nm (7 ft lb)
5. Fuel filter
^ Note installed position; arrow shows direction of flow

6. Collar Nut
^ Use tool # 3217 to loosen and tighten

7. Fuel Tank Assembly
8. Flange
^ Note installed position
^ Has an additional fuel line connection on vehicles with auxiliary heater

9. Support Strap Bolt, tighten to: 25 Nm (18 ft lb)
10. Fuel Tank Support Strap
11. Retaining Bracket
12. Overflow Hose
13. Fuel Filler Cap
14. Retaining Ring
15. Splash Shield
16. Breather Hose
