The Eurovan has a shock absorber/torsion bar front suspension system, Fig. 4. The shock and wheel bearing housing are separate and distinct parts, with the shock attached to the housing with through bolts. The axle shafts are attached inboard to the transaxle output drive flanges and outboard to the driven wheel hub.
