Central Electric And Relay Panel 05.96 >, Removing And Installing


NOTE: The relay plate with fuse holders is located behind the cover for relay plate on driver's side.







- Turn locking knob -arrow- anti-clockwise. Then open relay plate cover, and unhook from the instrument panel trim.
- Release the retainers on right and lower left of the cover for multi-fuse adapter -3- and pull out of retainers into passenger compartment.


NOTE: To remove the relay plate -2- it is not necessary in all cases to remove the stiffening plate -1-, however it improves the access.







- Removing stiffening plate -1-.







- Release securing clips -1- from pins - 2- on left and right of relay plate and swing upwards.
- Push left retainer outwards until the rotary catch on the relay plate has been pulled out of the hole in the retaining plate.
- Unhook the relay plate from the retainers -3-.

When installing the relay plate rotating catch must engage in the hole of the retainer. The securing clips must be located on the pins.
