CSA Lever/cover O-Ring, Replacing

NOTE: Item numbers (indicated without illustration in the following text) refer to exploded view V23-0224.


- Remove injection pump







- Mark position of CSA lever in relation to shaft -arrows-
- Remove circlip -1-
- Take off CSA lever
- Remove cover screws -2- and take off cover
- Replace O-rings -19-/-21- for cover/lever
- Install cover with stop plate
- Install CSA lever in previously marked position, secure and adjust as follows







- Loosen stop plate mounting bolt -1- one half turn
- Move CSA lever by hand in adjustment direction -arrow A- until injection timer stroke (distinct resistance)
- With lever in this position, adjust stop plate gap to 1 mm -arrow B- and tighten mounting bolt
- Install injection pump
