The following service operations can be performed on the injection pump:
1 - Volume adjustment screw
- Mark installation position
2 - Washer
3 - O-ring
4 - 10 Nm (7 ft lb)
5 - Spring washer
6 - Throttle lever
- Mark installation position
7 - Upper spring plate
8 - Return spring
9 - Lower spring plate
10 - Idle speed - adjustment lever
11 - Thrust washer
12 - Idle speed - adjustment lever spring
13 - O-ring
14 - Circlip
15 - Spring washer
16 - Cold Start
- Accelerator (CSA) lever
17 - 10 Nm (7 ft lb)
18 - Stop plate
- for CSA lever (item 16)
19 - O-ring
- Replace
20 - CSA cover
21 - O-ring
22 - Shim
- do not alter arrangement
23 - O-ring
24 - Injection timing spring
25 - Injection timing cover
26 - 10 Nm (7 ft lb)
27 - Throttle lever shaft
- Push out with screwdriver handle
28 - Gasket
- replacing
29 - Thrust washer
30 - O-ring
- Replace
31 - Idle speed spring
- Detach when removing pump cover
- do not overstretch
32 - Bush
33 - Idle speed shaft
34 - Thrust washer
35 - Pump cover
