Fresh Air Mode Cannot Be Switched Off, No Recirculating Air Function

Test requirements:
- Fuse No. S140, S6 and S16 OK
- Check DTC memory with VAG 1551 Scan Tool (ST), no DTCs recognized.
- Engine running
- Vacuum being built-up

Test sequence:
- Select "recirculating air mode" at NC control head -E87- ("recirculating air flow" indicated on NC control head display)
- Check components and specified functions listed below.
