Stop spacers are installed to prevent window channel weatherstrips pulling loose at upper corners.

If window channel weatherstrips are pulling away, - perform the following:

Work procedure

- partially remove window channel weatherstrip

Note

Weatherstrip must be replaced if it is split..

FIGURE 1 - PROPER SPACER INSTALLATION:

FIGURE 2 - SPACER POSITION - FRONT DOORS:

FIGURE 3 - SPACER POSITION - REAR DOORS:

- install two spacers (Fig. 1) - Part No. 200 837 400 in each door (Figs. 2, 3) as illustrated
- reinstall weatherstrip
- check window for proper function
