013 Transmission Code

1. Fully depress clutch pedal approximately 5 times.



2. Loosen locknut (arrow).
3. Raise clutch release lever at transmission until resistance is felt.
4. Adjust adjustment disc until zero freeplay is obtained.
5. Torque cable locknut to 5 Nm (3 - 4 ft lbs).


NOTE: After an adjustment is made to the clutch cable, the clutch freeplay is measured at the clutch pedal. Clutch freeplay at the pedal should be 15 mm (9/16 in).
