To request reimbursement for a completed repair:

PM 12 Replace Pulley (without A/C)

PM 13 Replace Pulley including Alternator Belt (without A/C)

PM 14 Replace Pulley (with A/C)

PM 15 Replace Pulley including Alternator Belt (with A/C)

To update a record for a vehicle with no repair performed but relevant information available:

PM 20 Customer refused repairs

PM 30 Total Loss

PM 40 Vehicle Stolen

PM 50 Vehicle Left Continental U.S.

PM 60 Customer Moved - No Forwarding Address

PM 70 Vehicle Sold New Owner Unknown

CAMPAIGN DATA ENTRY PROCEDURE



To process a campaign claim through WIN, the following data only needs to be entered into the system:

Claim ID: Enter Repair Order Number 5 digits

Mileage: Enter Mileage from R/O 5 digits

Repair Date: Enter Month/Date/Year 6 digits

VIN: Enter Complete VIN 17 digits

Claim Type: Enter RC 2 digits

Damage Code: Enter applicable Code 4 digits (See explanation).
