Flow Of Diagnosis:

1. Be sure to verify the complaint! Use the Driveability and Repair Worksheets.
2. Always check for applicable TSB's, especially DRIVING PERFORMANCE.
3. Refer to ON-BOARD DIAGNOSIS for fault code extraction. Be sure to review CHECKING THE BASICS.
4. Depending upon whether fault codes are present or not, follow the steps as outlined in the FLOW OF DIAGNOSIS.
