Engine Idles Too Fast

Check the following:

1. Accelerator pedal or throttle cable binding

2. Throttle valve binding

3. Carbon canister solenoid valves [1]

4. Idle air stabilizer valve faulty [1]

5. Air leaking past throttle valve

6. Vacuum (intake air) leaks
