This circular is being revised to change the V-Crest communications address for sending messages to the Warranty Test Center from 497009 P1 to 497008 P1.

Effective January 2, 1992, Warranty Claim Processing areas have been reassigned as a result of the former World-Wide dealers now processing Warranty with Volkswagen of America. Please refer to the below listing to help you identify your Claim Adjuster, should you have any claim processing questions. Adjusters may be reached by calling the Auto-Attendant System at (313) 340-4820, or directly by dialing (313) 340 + extension.
