Dear Volkswagen Owner:

We have learned that certain tools needed for the removal of hub caps and for "Do-It-Yourself " services were inadvertently omitted from your 1990 Jetta vehicle during assembly.

We are sending a package containing a reversible screwdriver, a 10 x 13 open end wrench and a hub cap removal clip which we ask that you place into the trunk of your car, as shown on the enclosed instructions. The use of these tools is described in your Owner's Manual.

We want to make sure that the "Do-It-Yourself " tools are available to you just in case you should need them and regret any inconvenience we may have caused you.
