8. QUALITY CHECK




- Quality check the vehicle before completing the repair order.

^ All hoses are reconnected securely
^ All electrical connections attached
^ Cap on CO measuring tube attached

- Perform road test. Attempt to duplicate customer conditions. Test drive car for at least 10 minutes While test driving:

^ Coolant temperature must be over 80°C (176°F) for at least 3 minutes

^ At engine speed over 4600 rpm, press accelerator pedal briefly all the way down

^ In 4th gear, starting from approx. 50 km/h (30 mph), accelerate for about 4 seconds with accelerator pedal pushed halfway down.

- After road test, check ECM DTC memory
