^ Further explanation of Parts and Accessories Warranty coverage

^ Addition of original equipment battery warranty

^ Explanation of coverage for aftermarket battery warranty

^ Phone number to call with questions concerning Volkswagen Canada Warranties


Page 4-5, Canadian Vehicle Repairs, indicates the following change:

^ New fax number for VW Canada, Inc.

Please correct your records by placing the attached, self-adhesive pages over the existing pages 1-0.1 and 4-5 of the October 1991 edition of the Volkswagen Policies and Procedures Manual.

Canadian Radio Repair

If a Canadian customer requires a radio repair while in the United States, do not install a VWoA radio. VW Canada cannot service VWoA radios through their exchange program.
