Not Enough Heat Or No Heat







Test condition:
- Engine is at operating temperature and running.
- Fresh air fan is running in all four stages.

Test procedure:
- Set control knob as shown in illustration.
- Button -2- for A/C switch (E35) was not pressed
- Button -3- for fresh air and recirculating air flap was not pressed.
- Check components and functions according to the following:

4 - Temperature flap
- Temperature flap -4- must be heard to fall into position when the control knob (center) is turned back and forth from its end position "cold".
- Adjust temperature flap lever arm.

5 - Heat exchanger
- Engine coolant pipes are warm.
- Check engine coolant regulator
