Replacing Rear Guide

REPLACING REAR GUIDE:




Tip mounting pin out of wire loop at front (arrow 1) and slide guide backward off tip of wire at rear.

- To install, slide tip of wire into retaining pocket in back of guide (arrow 2) and tip mounting pin back into wire loop at front.

- The completed assembly will look like this.

- Hold completed cable assembly relatively straight and slide assembly back into frame. Ensure that each piece slides smoothly into its respective channel.

- Slide assembly forward until locking pawl reengages slot in frame.

- Set cables for parallel running as described on pages 60-9 and 60-10 of the repair manual.

- Reinstall drive motor.
