Radiator Grill, Removing and Installing





1 Radiator grill
• Material: ASA

Removing:
- Remove screws -A-.

- Unlock lower catches -B- with screwdriver.

- Unlock remaining catches -C- using both hands (at black arrows).

- Pull radiator grille upward away from lock carrier.

- Insert small tool into holes -A-, press on catches -D- and remove, remove radiator grille.

Installing:
- Align radiator grille with center positioner (white arrow).

- Install catches -C-, -B- and -D-.

- Install and tighten screws -A-.

2 Panel
• Removing: remove radiator grille and unclip panel from radiator grille.
• Painted in body color.

3 VW, emblem
• Clipped in radiator grill.

CAUTION! Remove and install the VW emblem -3- very carefully to avoid damaging the paint finish.
