- Measure bore at 3 positions in both lateral -A- and longitudinal -B- directions, as illustrated.
- Deviation from nominal dimension: max. 0.10 mm (0.0039 inch).






CAUTION:
- Do not attempt to measure the bores while the block is hanging from the VW 540 engine stand adaptor.
- The bending stresses introduced by the fixture will create false measurements.
