Vacuum System Leak Test

- Remove vacuum line from vacuum pump and seal.
- Remove driver's side lower instrument panel trim.
- Push throttle control element diaphragm in, to do this press brake pedal down by hand until pressure point is reached.
- Release brake pedal.
- The diaphragm must not move.
