No Cooling
(Both connecting pipes to evaporator are at ambient temperature)







Test condition:
- Fuses are OK
- Ambient Temperature Switch (F38) is closed (ambient temperature above +7°C (44°F)

Test procedure:
- Open instrument panel vent -4-
- Fresh air fan runs in all four stages
- Set control knobs as shown in illustration.
- Press A/C Switch -1- (E35).
- Check components and functions according to the following:

1 - Button for A/C Switch (E35)
- With engine switched off and ignition switched on, the A/C clutch must be heard to click when the button is pressed repeatedly. If not (with minimum 9.5 V), replace A/C clutch.
- Check A/C Pressure Switch (F129) Evaporator Temperature Sensor / Switch
- Troubleshoot electrical problem using wiring diagram.
