Gear selector elements, position
1 - 2nd and 4th gear brake -B2-
2 - Reverse gear clutch -K2-
3 - 1st to 3rd gear clutch -K1-
4 - 3rd and 4th gear clutch -K3-
5 - Reverse gear brake -B1-
6 - Free wheel clutch
The table shows which selector elements are operated for which gears, to help in dealing with complaints of poor performance or for general drivetrain troubleshooting The table makes it possible to determine which selector elements are not operating properly
NOTE:
Before starting repairs to the transmssion first carry out the On Board Diagnostic program
