Power Steering Line/Hose: Service and Repair

1 Reservoir

2 Suction Hose
- Reservoir to Cooling line

3 Cooling Line
- Secured to crossmember

4 Pressure Line
- Secure pressure line vanes according to type of transmission, refer to Fig. 1 and 2

5 Suction Line
- Cooling Line To Hydraulic Pump

6 Hose Clamp
- Tighten to: 3 Nm (27 inch lbs.)

7 Hydraulic Pump

8 Seal
- Always replace

9 Pressure Line Union

10 Banjo Bolt
- Tighten to: 35 Nm (26 ft. lbs.)

11 Hex Bolt
- Tighten to: 10 Nm (7 ft. lbs.)

12 Hose Clamp
- Tighten to: 3 Nm (27 inch lbs.)

13 Return Line
- Power steering gear reservoir
