Diesel Injection Pump Connector, Stopping Leaks

DIESEL INJECTION PUMP CONNECTOR, STOPPING LEAKS





1 - Seal
2 - Pressure valve assembly
3 - Connector

- Loosen injection line.
- Tighten connector.
- 45 Nm (33 ft lb)

- Tighten injection line.
- 25 Nm (18 ft lb)

If this does not stop the leak, install new connector and new seal.

CAUTION: Do not mix up the pressure valves when replacing the connector.
