Inoperative window washer may be due to a kinked hose at one of the following locations:

^ Washer container (Golf, GTI, Jetta)

^ Under driver's seat at B-pillar (Golf, GTI)

^ At hatch (Golf, GTI)

Service

If a vehicle exhibits this condition:

- Assure that washer nozzles are not clogged.

- Check washer hose for kinks at described location(s).

- Re-route any kinked hoses to assure washer fluid flows freely.
