Computers and Control Systems: Service and Repair
The Turbo Direct Fuel Injection (DFI) system control module is equipped with a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) memory. Before starting repairs, adjustments or troubleshooting
- Check DTC memory,
- Perform Output Diagnostic Test Mode checks. Testing and Inspection
When performing checking and adjusting operations, the ECM may recognize and store certain malfunctions. After completing all of the checking and adjusting operations, erase DTC memory
