Troubleshooting - Checking Speedometer Vehicle Speed Sensor:

For Troubleshooting:
- Use ammeter and/or digital multimeter Fluke 83 (US 1119) for all electrical checks.
- Use connector test kit VW 1594.
- Use wiring diagram.

NOTE: If the wiring loom is defective, it must not be repaired. Defective dash panel insert wiring looms must be replaced.

Test Conditions:
- Starting test modus for instrument cluster.
- Distance impulse number OK.
- Country code OK.
