Radio harness connector III, Data Link Connector (DLC) modification

Prior to installing a Deluxe, Premium or aftermarket radio in place of a Sound System radio, the following modification MUST be performed:





- Locate DLC wire at terminal -3- of black multi-pin connector III -18- on radio harness.

- Remove wire from terminal -3- of connector, wrap terminal end with electrical tape, fold the wire back and tape to harness.

- Proceed with radio installation.
