NOTE: Always replace door hinge bolts (except - 16 - and - 22 -) and pin - 24 - after loosening.

3 - Door handle with backing plate
4 - Cover cap
5 - Bolt 20 Nm
- Insert with locking fluid D 185 400 A2

6 - Closure plate
7 - Bolt
- 20 Nm

8 - Securing knob
9 - Locking rod
10 - Boot
11 - Door lock
12 - Hood release cable
13 - Interior door mechanism
14 - Bolt
- 20 Nm + 1 / 4 turns (90°) turn
- Always replace bolts after loosening

15 - Door hinge
- Hinge is divided

16 - Set screw
- 13 Nm

17 - Bolt
- 20 Nm + 1/4 turns (90°) turn
- Always replace bolts after loosening

18 - Door arrester
19 - Nut
- 9 Nm

20 - Pin
- 4.5 Nm

21 - Bolt
- 20 Nm + 1/4 turns (90°) turn
- Always replace bolts after loosening
- Loosen with special tools 3320 and 3220/2 and tighten

22 - Bolt
- 27 Nm

23 - Door hinge
- Hinge is divided
- 06.00 --> Modified door hinge

24 - Pin
- Always replace pins after loosening

25 - Nut
- 20 Nm + 1/4 turns (90°) turn
- Always replace door hinge pins after loosening
